Raising capital for HNW business owners and entrepreneurs quickly with complex income, using primary residence – exploring alternative finance routes for business owners and entrepreneurs.

Business owners often have complex income, and may only draw modest salaries. That can impede them from raising finance via a traditional mortgage and many banks are reluctant to provide mortgages for business use.

In this seminar Scott Clay, Director of Private Clients at Together, explains how they support business owners, entrepreneurs and HNW clients;

-Raise funds for business use secured on primary residence property
-How they can get comfortable with complex and tax efficient income using salary, dividends, directors loan drawings, rental income, pensions and much more
-Short term FCA regulated lending products that require no income or affordability assessment
-How they can provide regulated funding in days, not months
-Getting comfortable with projections of future higher earnings

Scott will also explore some other uses for specialist lending, including how business owners can purchase their next home, before their current home sells to avoid being stuck in housing chains and to put themselves in pole position to win their next dream home. He will also discuss options for older directors seeking to borrow funds short term age up to age 85.

An interactive session with real-life cases studies and examples of client success stories.
