Alongside the opportunity to network with professionals, guests will take part in two sessions designed to refresh the mind and refocus for the year ahead:
- Performance Psychology Masterclass – Learn techniques drawn from elite sport to develop resilience, perform under pressure, and sustain high levels of motivation for when it matters most.
- Health & Wellbeing Masterclass – Learn practical tips from a wellbeing practitioner on maintaining physical and mental balance in fast-paced, high-performance environments.
Light refreshments and drinks will be provided.
About the Speakers:

Hi, I’m Natassja, founder of Drop the Beet.
I support people in reducing stress, managing inflammation, and building sustainable, healthy habits through food, connection, and cultivating mind–body balance.
With a background as a plant-based chef, holistic health coach, and breathwork instructor, I design immersive workshops that bring together the science of gut health with the art of mindful living. I believe that food, connection, and mindfulness are the foundations of well-being. Through Drop the Beet, I highlight how gut health and the body’s stress response are deeply interconnected, shaping inflammation, focus, energy, and resilience. My sessions are interactive, engaging experiences that leave people feeling calmer, more connected, and empowered with lasting strategies to thrive in every aspect of life.

My background includes working with national teams, professional academies, and university programmes to help individuals and organisations perform at their best.
In sport, I’ve been part of multiple championship-winning environments. As Lead Psychologist for the U18s GB Women’s Ice Hockey team, I supported the squad that went on to win the European Four Nations Tournament. I’ve also provided psychological support to the Leicester Riders Academy, contributing to both the Women’s and Men’s teams winning their respective Elite Academy Basketball Leagues.
My dedication to developing others has been recognised at university level, with nominations for the Vice-Chancellor’s Teaching Excellence Award and the NTSU Outstanding Teaching Award. As Coach Development Lead for Nottingham Trent University’s SHIELD programme, I also designed and delivered the coach-training curriculum – integrating reflective practice, psychological safety, and strengths-based approaches to help student coaches develop confidence and impact.
Overall, my work bridges elite performance psychology and wellbeing, guiding individuals to cultivate confidence, clarity, and resilience in high-pressure environments.
