Professional Growth Academy: CMI Level 5 Award or Certificate in Management & Leadership

Designed for aspiring and current team leaders, supervisors and managers, the Academy combines practical leadership development with the opportunity to achieve an internationally recognised CMI Level 5 Award or Certificate in Management & Leadership.
Commencing on Friday 6th November, six weekly 2 hour online learning sessions, participants will develop the skills, confidence and self-awareness needed to lead effectively in today's workplace, with modules covering areas such as:
- Leadership impact and self-awareness
- Emotional intelligence and resilience
- Decision-making and communication
- Leading teams and building effective relationships
- Personal and professional development planning
As part of the programme, participants will receive 12 months' CMI Affiliate Membership, providing access to extensive leadership resources, networking opportunities and CMI Thrive, the Chartered Management Institute's online learning platform.
Delivered by experienced leadership specialists Dr Eliza Morgan and Louise Varley of Honey & Morgan, this practical and engaging programme is designed to create immediate impact for both individuals and their organisations.

About the Speakers:
Eliza is an engaging facilitator and leadership development specialist with over 25 years of experience designing and delivering high-impact solutions to enhance leadership, learning, and organisational capability. She has led large-scale strategic workforce initiatives, including two major European Social Fund projects worth over £10 million, aimed at strengthening leadership and management skills across the North West.
Her work spans SMEs, the NHS, emergency services, the financial sector, nuclear industry, and charitable sectors, helping leaders and teams think differently, build confidence, and take action. She is a Fellow of the CMI and a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, an accredited practitioner in MBTI, FIRO, and OPQ, and a Lego Serious Play facilitator, using creative methods to drive leadership growth.
Louise is a pragmatic professional development specialist, passionate about unlocking potential and driving meaningful change through robust selection and development solutions. With over 20 years of experience spanning blue-chip corporations, education, the military, emergency services, healthcare, and SMEs, she has worked with thousands of individuals and teams to build confidence, enhance performance, and enable progress.
A qualified coach and accredited psychometric practitioner, Louise uses tools such as OPQ, MBTI, FIRO and Lego Serious Play to deepen self-awareness and empower professionals at all levels. She has also designed and delivered high-impact leadership initiatives and business conferences that bring together leaders to share knowledge and drive regional success.
