Regeneration and Property

You may have noticed your GP clients becoming ever more risk averse, particularly in relation to becoming property owners, tenants and particularly in relation to development and this is becoming a barrier to improving and redeveloping the primary care estate. This has also been recognised by NHS England who launched a ‘Call for Solutions’ back in August 2018 to find an answer to this problem

In this seminar we will bring together both public and private health sector experts to explore the changing policy in this area designed to support your GP clients and look at examples of overcoming the barriers across primary care to achieve practice premises that are fit for purpose, both now and in the future.

Speakers include: Dr Ian Hume - BMA; Adam Gross - CityBranch; Gary Swift - NatWest; Jennifer Lewis - Mills & Reeve.
