The biggest drivers in any role I’ve worked in are growth and collaboration. My career has been focused on understanding the key drivers for the business and the teams that will deliver their success. Leadership roles in operations and finance mean I relish the detail that underpins that success, to make sure collectively, teams are delivering the big picture.

I am a high impact CFO with over 20 years experience in the UK & Middle East, working for large corporates (Airbus, BAe, Lear Corporation, Ingram Micro) and several start-ups within Technology, Media, and on-demand services. My specialties include helping businesses scale quickly, working capital management, business turnaround, and selling businesses to Private Equity or via Management Buy-Outs.

I’m an experienced CFO and Chartered Accountant with 36 years experience advising businesses, supporting strategy and growth and, acting as a mentor to help unlock their full potential. As a former senior partner with international accounting firms, I’ve helped solve a wide range of business challenges, while supporting and advising some of the most successful entrepreneurs across the North West.

An experienced FD/CFO with 15 years’ experience in the accounting profession. I have worked in multinational listed companies, not for profits and family owned organisations. The owner managed business space is where my passion lies and where I feel that my skills and experience can really make an impact and add value as a portfolio CFO.

I have over 20 years’ experience in Financial and Commercial roles within various companies, from multinational global Corporations and US PE backed organisations to UK based SME’s. I am a true business partner, focussing on financial, commercial and operational elements of business, developing people and processes to drive sustainable, profitable growth.
