This session aims to help business identify and analyse their IP rights, with an emphasis on trade mark and design rights, during lockdown so that their “house is in order” when business returns to usual.

A review of your business and current IP portfolio could identify gaps in trade mark and design protection, or even areas of excess where cost savings can be made.

The session will also consider IP ownership and how to ensure that you own any content created for your website, social media channels or more traditional advertising outlets, so that if needed you’re able to rely upon these rights against others.
