Make 2023 the year you grow your business

Wednesday, 5th April 2023

Here at pro-manchester we are really excited to recommend the ‘Help to Grow: Management’ programme that aims to help North West business leaders develop a tailored growth plan that is designed specifically for organisations with between 5 and 249 employees. The programme consists of seven online sessions and five in-person workshops, starting on the 11th May in Manchester City Centre.

Aimed at senior leaders in small and medium businesses, the course covers strategies for growth, resilience and innovation, leading high-performance teams and digital adoption, as well as financial management and responsible business practices.

The 12-week programme is 90% subsidised by the government, with participants only paying £750.

In today’s financial climate, many small businesses are finding that they need to think strategically about their growth strategies to compete more effectively. By the end of the programme, you will develop a tailored business growth plan to increase productivity, grow your revenue, and help take your business to the next level.

To join the Help to Grow: Management course, your business must be an SME based in the United Kingdom, from any business sector, employing between 5 and 249 people, have been operational for at least one year and not be a charity.

The applicant must be a senior decision maker (such as Chief Executive, Finance Director, Operations Director, etc) and commit to attending the majority of the sessions.

The deadline for applications is Friday, April 28 for the next cohort starting on May the 11th Tech Centre Oxford Road. Sign up by visiting: https://smallbusinesscharter.org/h2gmcourse/mmu-nw-cohort-25/
