1. Favourite quote or saying?

“Find something you enjoy doing and give it everything you’ve got, and the money will take care of itself” – Peter Lynch

2. Career highlight?

Achieving the CISI Investment Advice Diploma and giving educational talks about saving and investing to the academy players of Premier League and Championship football teams. It feels great to give something back to the younger generation and teach them about money management.

3. Why do you love pro-manchester?

Because it is a collaborative network which combines knowledge, experience, and opportunity across many different sectors and most importantly, it is relevant to individuals from all walks of life.

4. What are you reading at the moment?

The Great Wave: Price Revolutions and they Rhythm of History by David Hackett Fischer

5. What are you watching at the moment?

Ratched on Netflix – a bit eerie but very gripping!!

6. Favourite meeting place in Manchester?

Federal in Spinningfields is a great place for either catching up with friends or meeting professional contacts but nowadays it’s more likely to be a Zoom call!

7. Favourite lockdown activity?

Long walks with Dolly (mini labradoodle)

8. Most creative meal that you cook?

Homemade Genovese pesto gnocchi

9. Most creative thing you’ve seen on a video call during the lockdown?

I’ve seen some very questionable fancy dress on the 9am office morning call!!

10. Most mundane task you’ve completed since being in lockdown?

Cutting the grass (no idea who used to do it before..)

11. Do you write a blog that you’d like us to share?

Not yet but when I do I’ll need the shoutout!

12. What are you looking forward to doing again the most after lockdown?

Having a big garden party with all my family and friends where there are no restrictions, and everybody can catch up and have fun like the good old times!!
