Getting a piece of research I’d done covered in local and national papers.

3. What are you reading at the moment?

At the moment I’m reading Sir Alex Ferguson’s autobiography, it’s an unbelievable read – there’s so much I didn’t know about his early career and how he got into management. It covers it all from his life before management, to being the best British manager in history. His successful longevity and how he innovated and developed his teams is unbelievable.

4. What are you watching at the moment?

Your honour on Sky Atlantic – it’s a great thriller!

5. Favourite lockdown activity

Going for walks with my girlfriend and our dog. He was a lockdown purchase but he’s been the best thing to come out of lockdown!

6. Most mundane task you’ve completed since being in lockdown

My girlfriend wanted to paint the stairs and hallway in her house to cover up some marks, so I volunteered to do it whilst I was on furlough. I didn’t think it would take long and thought two coats would be enough to cover up the damage. Needless to say, I was being very optimistic, it needed over five coats of paint and I ended up buying two big pots of paint! Never volunteering to paint the house again – if you know any good painters and decorators in Manchester let me know!

7. What are you looking forward to doing again the most after lockdown?

Going to watch United and going for pre-match pints! I’ve really misses being able to go to the games and going to the pub.
