Ben knows a thing or two about finance. Ben was the fifth employee of startup (now outsourcing giant Firstsource) heading up finance as CFO. In six years Firstsource grew from 5 people to 13,000 employees and listed for $100m on the Mumbai Stock Exchange. Working within a successful startup to listing “soup to nuts” journey provided Ben with the insight on what ingredients comprise an effective finance team.

Post listing Firstsource Ben set up and ran his Family Office investing in a variety of businesses across tourism, property, construction, retail and professional services.

Ben is now on a mission to support SME leaders to increase efficiency, productivity and profitability into businesses using best in class processes. In particular using data (otherwise called management information) to drive decision making which can drastically effect the speed and manageability of growth.

Ben is an entrepreneur, board advisor and speaks publicly around the world. Ben has a wife, two teenage children and a world ranking in Real Tennis to keep him busy outside of work.
