Male Allies UK
Male Allies UK supports organisations to engage men in inclusion, build the skills of allyship and tackle gender bias in the workplace.
We do this through delivery of masterclasses and workshops, bringing our research and case studies to life, showcasing what allyship looks like through practical action and breaking myths and misconceptions.
We also consult on building male networks, evolving gender networks and how to get more men involved in campaigns and events that focus on inclusion. We also host courageous spaces, for men to come and talk about how they feel about inclusion in a non-judgemental space.
Led by business psychologist Lee Chambers, Male Allies UK has carried out extensive research on gender dynamics in the workplace, with understanding of women’s lived reality, and knowledge of the barriers, motivators and benefits for men who engage on an inclusion journey.
Our corporate work funds our boys in school project, supporting the next generation to critically think about online content, understand their values, promote health masculinity and tackle misogyny.
We work globally, with clients across 12 different sectors, and all our work is tailored to be relevant, engaging and behaviour changing. We don’t preach, we don’t guess and we don’t avoid the challenging conversations.
If you’re looking for evidence-based inclusion, engaging your male workforce or creating a culture than retains and attracts talent, we are your partner for that journey.
