MustardSeed

MustardSeed is a programme management and PMO consultancy operating across the UK and North America, with our UK office at Alderley Park, Cheshire.

Our purpose is to advance and develop our clients’ project, programme and PMO capabilities.

We embed experienced programme managers and PMO leaders directly into our clients’ organisations, where they sit alongside the existing team, take ownership of delivery and help the business scale, rather than simply advising

That might mean building and maturing a PMO through a series of long-term strategic initiatives, or providing tactical, short-term operational support when a programme needs additional experienced capability quickly.

We work across a number of sectors, including but not limited to, life sciences, food and beverage, aerospace and defence, advanced manufacturing, financial services and M&A.
