Our founder, Ben Rayner is MIT-certified in AI and Business Strategy and has spent his career spotting commercial value in major technology shifts before they’re obvious. He has three decades of experience across strategy, operations, technology and human behaviour.

Today’s problem is that AI is being used, but the business hasn’t changed around it. Licences, pilots and individual tools sit on top of existing workflows. Time may be saved, yet the leadership team cannot show what has changed in revenue, margin, risk, capacity or customer experience.
