TEDxTrafford CIC is a purpose-led Community Interest Company (CIC) dedicated to building confidence, strengthening communities and developing future leaders through the power of ideas worth spreading. As an independently licensed TEDx organisation, we create platforms
that inspire innovation, foster inclusion and deliver meaningful social impact across Greater Manchester.

Working at the intersection of business, education and community, TEDxTrafford partners with organisations to deliver measurable ESG and social value outcomes through leadership development, public speaking, youth empowerment and community engagement. Our
programmes equip individuals with the confidence, communication and leadership skills needed to thrive in an increasingly complex and connected world.

Our flagship initiatives include the annual TEDxTrafford Conference, bringing together globally minded thought leaders, innovators and changemakers to share ideas that inspire action and drive positive change; Youth Voices, empowering young people with confidence, public
speaking, storytelling and leadership skills; and Executive Presence, helping senior leaders, executives and high-potential talent communicate with authenticity, influence and impact.

We also deliver Speak Without Shaking: Overcoming Stage Fright & Performance Anxiety, a practical, evidence-based programme designed to help professionals, leaders and aspiring speakers manage nerves, build confidence and perform at their best in high-pressure situations. Drawing on psychological principles and proven performance strategies, the programmesupports individuals to communicate with greater confidence, resilience and presence.

Our wider portfolio includes keynote speaking, TED-style storytelling, executive speaker coaching, presentation skills, leadership communication, confidence building and bespoke organisational development programmes that support leadership capability, employee
engagement, psychological safety, diversity, equity and inclusion, wellbeing and organisational
culture.

As a Community Interest Company, all surplus is reinvested into expanding access to our programmes, creating opportunities for underrepresented voices and delivering lasting social value.
