The Insight Coach
Hannah Cohen is an ICF ACC Workplace Inclusion Coach and former solicitor who helps professionals and organisations recognise and remove the hidden barriers that can make work harder than it needs to be.
With more than 10 years’ experience in the legal profession and lived experience of visual impairment, Hannah brings both professional insight and personal understanding to her work. She works with individuals, leaders and organisations to explore what is getting in the way of people performing at their best, whether that is related to disability, neurodivergence, confidence, communication, workplace culture or the way work is designed.
Through 1-2-1 coaching, leadership coaching, workplace inclusion workshops and her Inclusion Workplace Surgery, Hannah creates a safe, independent space for people to talk honestly about challenges at work and find practical solutions. For organisations, she helps turn those individual insights into meaningful changes that can improve employee experience, performance and retention.
Hannah’s approach is simple: people are not the problem. Often, it is the systems, expectations and assumptions around them that create unnecessary barriers.
She is particularly interested in supporting professional services and legal organisations to move beyond inclusion policies and make inclusion part of everyday working life.
As Hannah puts it: “Just because I’m blind doesn’t mean I’m invisible.”
