VelaHR is an AI-powered workplace menopause platform helping employers strengthen retention, manager capability and workplace readiness. Its solutions include organisational assessments, actionable readiness reports, manager training, HR policy and accommodation tools, and Aria, a private AI support coach for employees.

VelaHR was founded by Jana Rose Stewart, a former Fortune 500 leader, workplace menopause advocate and former professional athlete. After navigating perimenopause without recognising what was happening, Jana created VelaHR to help employers build the systems and support that are often missing for women at the height of their careers.

VelaHR is expanding its work in Greater Manchester and welcomes connections with employers, HR and People leaders, women’s health organisations, legal and compliance professionals, and potential strategic collaborators.
