We’re delighted to be able to unveil the inspiring leaders and business professionals who will be judging MIMA 2020.
As always, we have a healthy array of past winners, experienced professionals and industry-leading experts.
We are proud of how thorough the MIMA process is. It makes for a well-deserved, prestigious celebration for our winners every February.
Wondering what’s entailed? Here’s the five steps to your MIMA win:
- Apply online
- Applications sent to judges for initial marking
- Shortlists created from initial results and announced
- Interview with judges on 7th January 2020
- Winner announced at The Principal Hotel (soon to be Kimpton) on Thursday 6th February

As always, the rising star award will be judged by the pro-manchester chair, the Future pro-manchester chair and a representative from our headline sponsor, which this year is Together. The rising star award recognises a MIMA winner from any category as a stand-out individual and has previously been won by Lawyer of the Year, Business Development Professional of the Year and Entrepreneur of the Year.
