CGI is hosting a Special Interest Group (SIG) webinar on Thursday 23 July 12-1pm, to discuss the theme of ‘A Time to Collect Our Thoughts – CGI Collections and Debt Recovery’. The webcast will be hosted by CGI’s Sean Devaney (Head of Strategy, Banking), who will be joined by a panel of external speakers including Richard Lane (Director of External Affairs at StepChange Debt Charity); Matt Dronfield (Head of Debt Free London) and Simon Lyons (Head of Ecosystem Engagement at Open Banking Ltd). The panel will discuss their opinions on the impact of the current crisis in respect of vulnerability, debt management, and how organisations have responded, as well as how current responses will affect ongoing future trends, challenges and emerging innovation.
