Coping with homeworking during lockdown

4th August 2020, 6:03 pm

Has lockdown homeworking affected your productivity? Is your mental or physical health better or worse for it?

If you are an employer are you aware of the impact that COVID-19 has had on your workforce? Do you know how they are dealing with the work-related challenges that have arisen from the pandemic?

Manchester Metropolitan University and The University of Manchester are conducting research to understand the effect of COVID-19 on working practices, particularly home-working. We want to understand what challenges employees have had to face, how did they overcome them and if they been positively or negatively affected by home working. The team are particularly interested in how this may impact the employee-organisation relationship, as well as physical and psychological health.

We would like to invite your organisation to take part in this survey. It takes 20 mins to complete and all responses will be strictly anonymous. For any organisation that signs up, we can provide (free of charge) an overview of the aggregated data across all your employees, giving you insight into how they have been affected.

If you are interested in taking part, and to obtain your organisation-specific link to the survey, please contact E.Braithwaite@mmu.ac.uk.

Alternatively, if you wish to take part as an individual please visit: https://mmu.eu.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_2rfh5jFCVD5oxPn
