Behind the Menu: Spring Summer Tasting Experience at Gino D’Acampo

Gino D’Acampo Manchester will be hosting a one-off Spring/Summer Tasting Experience on Friday 1st May, offering guests a rare opportunity to preview dishes from the new seasonal menu ahead of its official launch.

Taking place in the city centre restaurant, the evening will begin with a welcome drink from 6:00pm, followed by a hosted tasting experience from 6:30pm. Guests will be guided through a curated selection of seasonal dishes, with live plating and insights from the kitchen team into the inspiration and provenance behind the menu.

Designed as a more intimate, hosted format than the restaurant’s usual service, the experience aims to showcase the development of the Spring/Summer menu in a relaxed and engaging setting.

The event is priced at £24 per person, with limited spaces available to maintain an intimate atmosphere.
