Bespoke Bids Welcomes 4 New Staff Members

Bespoke Bids have been experiencing a period of rapid growth over the past few months and are excited to have signed 4 new employees in quick succession.

Dave Jones will be working for Bespoke as Operations Manager overseeing their rapidly growing team of experienced consultants. Dave has over 28 years’ experience in bid management and has overseen hundreds of multi-million-pound bids across IT, Defence, Nuclear and more. His total wins are valued at over $2.1bn.

Henri Bislick has joined Bespoke as Business Development Manager looking after ‘new business’. She has over 30 years’ experience in the private sector and has worked with several leading global retailers and brands. Henri is highly experienced in private sector tendering and revenue growth strategies and will be looking to transfer this knowledge into her new role at Bespoke.

As well as these senior roles, Bespoke have also taken on 2 graduates to learn their trade as bid managers as they assist the senior consultants in delivery. Both first-class graduates, Alex Akers and Theo Fenerty have a passion for writing with experience in academic, poetic, script and historical writing between them. They will be working closely with our senior consultants to learn the essentials of bid management with a view to becoming fully accredited and taking on clients of their own.
