Cassidy Pinder Joins ALF Recruit as Resource Consultant

Cassidy already has a strong contact base, having operated in the finance and accountancy recruitment space in the North West for over 3 years and is looking forward to reconnecting and growing her network further.

She will be focused on candidate sourcing and supporting the delivery of high-quality recruitment campaigns across our finance and business support specialisms. Cassidy brings a background in recruitment, bringing over three years of experience across Accounting and Finance, Transactional Finance in the North West, and Generalist Recruitment in North Wales and the North West. She has a strong interest in candidate management, is passionate about building lasting relationships with both new and existing candidates and is dedicated to helping them secure their dream roles.

This appointment follows the arrival of Joanne Sizer as Director earlier in 2025, as well as a number of new client wins and exciting partnerships built. On Cassidy’s appointment, Joanne said:
