Brand and communications agency, Agent, has grown its Creative and Digital teams by eight new members to bolster its offer and drive innovation, following another successful year for the growing firm.

Joining Agent’s Creative team is senior graphic designer, Sara Collazo, who brings with her eight years of experience, having previously worked for global agencies in Mexico and Spain, including BBDO Mexico. Also joining the creative team are two new motion designers, including 3D animator, Matthew Tebbutt, previously of AO.com.

Three new recruits join the agency’s Digital team as web developers with two taking a huge step by relocating to Liverpool join the agency from London and Essex, having been attracted to Agent’s unique culture and impressive client roster and portfolio.

As part of its commitment towards supporting the next generation of tech talent, Agent welcomes apprentice web developer, Joshua Oakes, who is currently undertaking training with Code Nation, which will provide him with the programming skills he’ll need to hit the ground running.

Also joining the digital team is UX designer, Teza Simukulwa, to support the agency’s growth aspirations. Teza has been recruited directly from Agent’s sister social enterprise, Agent Academy CIC. Having excelled on the programme, showing an extensive knowledge of, and insight in end-user experience, Teza brings a fresh perspective to ensure everything Agent creates lands well with audiences.

Agent’s CEO, Paul Corcoran, said:

“For the past year, the whole team has really pulled together, working incredibly hard not only to go above and beyond for our clients, but to achieve growth during a difficult time. The significant growth that we are now seeing as we mark the 15th year since Agent’s inception is in no small part down to the quality of work that we are producing for our clients, the innovation that we are delivering and the new ideas that we are presenting to them. Never ones to stand still, this will only continue throughout this year and beyond.

“The calibre of talent that we have at Agent is incredible and the new talent we’re welcoming into our Creative and Digital teams will only add to that. Each and every one of our new team members bring with them the experience, attitude and skills we need to take Agent and our clients to the next level.

“We’re excited and proud to be announcing further key appointments shortly. Watch this space!”
