Introduce yourself:
I’m Dave Harrison, Founder and Managing Director at Co-Creation Group. I work with clients around culture change, leadership development, Team Effectiveness, Coaching, Wellbeing and Career Management. Co-Creation Group adopt a strengths-based approach that delivers results and I work with clients to set direction, align stakeholders and keep the work anchored in evidence and outcomes. My focus is on making sure the approach is practical, human and right for your context. Our specialist team designs and delivers the programmes.
Career highlight:
My career highlight has been making a career move in 2003 into self-employment for the first time to do something completely different. Whilst this was a big risk, it enabled me to do something that I am keenly motivated to do, in helping and supporting others. Since then, I have learnt so much and it has provided the platform that I needed to set up Co-Creation Group in 2017. I now have the privilege to work with a great team to make a difference for individuals, teams and organisations.
Name three words that describe your personality:
Collaborative, Optimistic and Friendly
What’s the best thing about pro-manchester?
The opportunities to network and connect with other businesses and organisations in Manchester and to understand more about what is going on and around Manchester. I really appreciate the opportunities to attend and speak at the events and to get actively involved in the committees. The Pro Manchester team are so friendly and supportive.
What are your priorities for 2025?
The business has grown over the years and whilst we look to continue that growth, it’s also about ensuring that our processes and systems are future fit, whilst supporting our clients to have the positive impact that they are looking to achieve.
What do you think are the most important things going on in Manchester at the moment?
The investment in Manchester’s growth is creating exciting opportunities for organisations. To bring this together the growth with technology, AI, and people within Manchester is going to be key. In addition to building the infrastructure for all of this, investing in an organisation’s people development is going to be key. This will help ensure that people are future-fit and that their leaders are able to navigate and lead the way through the transformational change that this is all bringing and to achieve sustained growth in an ever-changing climate.
Favourite meeting place in Manchester?
My favourite meeting place in Manchester for a coffee meeting is Haunt and if it is for food, I love Evuna. The great thing about Evuna is that you have the options of going to either the one in the Northern Quarter or on Deansgate.
Are their any particular types of businesses that you would like to meet?
It’s always great to connect with organisations in the Greater Manchester area and if you are looking to enhance your culture, develop your leaders or teams, or provide wellbeing support to your employees and leaders, then please do reach out to me. It all starts with a conversation, and it would be great to collaborate and support you with what you are looking to achieve.
