DLA Piper has launched a Coronavirus Resource Center

DLA Piper has launched a Coronavirus Resource Center (CRC) to serve as a central repository for companies across jurisdictions and industries as they deal with the issues and challenges confronting their businesses and workforces as a result of the spread of the coronavirus disease (COVID-19).

Since the start of the outbreak, the firm has disseminated a wide range of information, including alerts and webinars. These resources, as well as key contacts from firm offices around the world, are located in the CRC.

The materials cover a broad range of topics, including:

  • Corporate Governance, Disclosure and Risk Management
  • Finance, Restructuring and Transactions
  • Government and Regulatory
  • Insurance, Real Estate and Commercial Contracts
  • Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Distribution
  • Workforce and Employment
