October 2026: DSW Integer has announced the relocation of its office from Stockport to new premises at 49 King Street, Manchester, placing the business at the centre of one of the UK’s most dynamic and fast-growing city economies.
The move marks an exciting new chapter for the firm following the combination of Dow Schofield Watts (DSW) Business Planning and Manchester-headquartered independent financial and management consultancy Integer Advisory Ltd (Integer) in July 2026. The newly formed DSW Integer brings together DSW Business Planning’s established financial and commercial advisory services for private and public sector clients with Integer’s specialist expertise across social housing and public sector infrastructure.
Relocating from The Mailbox building in Stockport, the move provides a prestigious city-centre base that better supports DSW Integer’s future growth. With Integer having previously occupied the fifth floor, the new office adds the additional sixth floor, creating a brand-new home for DSW Integer in the heart of Manchester’s commercial district.
The move represents an important investment in the firm’s future, providing the space and environment to support the continued development of the combined business. As DSW Integer looks to build on the strengths of both teams, the new premises will help facilitate closer collaboration, attract new talent and enhance the firm’s ability to support an expanding client base across the public and private sectors.
By bringing together complementary expertise in financial modelling, data analysis, commercial advice, social housing and infrastructure, DSW Integer is well positioned to respond to the evolving needs of public sector organisations and businesses. With increased focus on infrastructure investment, housing delivery and the role of private sector funding in major public sector projects, the firm sees significant opportunities to grow its offering and deepen its contribution to projects that support communities and the wider economy.
Ellen Little, founding partner at DSW Integer, said: “It’s an exciting step for DSW Integer. Manchester is a city with enormous momentum, attracting investment, talent and innovation from across the UK and beyond. Moving to King Street gives us a fantastic base from which to support our clients and grow our team. While we’ll always be grateful for our time in Stockport, this move positions us perfectly for the next stage of our journey.”
“Manchester has become one of the UK’s leading business destinations and we wanted our office location to reflect the ambitions of our business and our clients. King Street provides an excellent environment for collaboration and growth, and we’re looking forward to welcoming clients, contacts and colleagues to our new home in the heart of the city.”
