Emotional Culture Deck Offer for pro-manchester Members

What would your team say to you if you asked them how they felt at work? Would they say engaged, motivated, collaborative?  What if you asked them how they actually feel?   

The Emotional Culture Deck, developed by Riders and Elephants, was designed to support leaders and their teams to have simple and engaging conversations where emotions are named.  The conversations support how people genuinely want to feel at work and not just “fine” or “all good”.  At Collaborate, we use The Emotional Culture Deck to help teams do something surprisingly rare: have honest, meaningful conversations about how they feel at work and what they want to do about it.

I’m currently completing my practitioner hours toward full ECD consultant certification, which means for a limited time I’m running sessions for organisations at a reduced rate.  They include a full facilitated half day workshop with the same depth of output, at a fraction of the usual cost.
