Manchester, Liverpool and Southport welcome senior hires as Excello Law continues rapid growth

Leading fee-share law firm Excello Law has continued its strong growth, with the addition in the past two months of three senior lawyers in the North West. Experienced lawyers specialising in construction, litigation and commercial law join Excello Law in Manchester, Liverpool and Southport.

Holly O’Farrell joins Excello’s Manchester office and brings specialist expertise in construction and engineering. She began her career at Clyde & Co before moving to Weightmans and then JMW, where she focused on digital infrastructure and data centre projects. Holly has advised on both contentious and non-contentious construction matters, including a £750 million logistics park in Ipswich.

Gaynor Williams joins Excello in Liverpool with over 28 years of experience in debt recovery, civil litigation and insolvency. Alongside her client work, Gaynor supports Liverpool Law Clinic on a pro bono basis, helping law students provide vital access to justice in the local community.

Joining Excello in Southport, Adrien Herbert is an experienced commercial lawyer with a strong in-house background advising across IT, media, publishing, telecommunications and industrial leasing. Adrien has supported clients ranging from multinational communications groups to SMEs in the education, chemicals, consultancy and industrial equipment sectors.

The expansion of Excello’s North West team comes in an exciting year of growth for the firm, with international expansion and new offices opening in California, Dubai and Northern Ireland. Excello Law has also helped to launch several new law firms this year, through its innovative House of Brands platform, which now supports 13 boutique law firms across the UK.

Commenting on the appointments and Excello’s continued growth, COO Jo Losty said: “Our ongoing growth, both through high-calibre senior lawyers joining Excello and through the expansion of our House of Brands platform, demonstrates the strength of our offering. We provide lawyers with the autonomy and support they need to thrive, whether that’s as consultant lawyers within Excello or as entrepreneurs building their own brands with our backing. We’re thrilled that so many talented professionals continue to choose Excello.”
