EY strengthens North West business with new Partner appointments

North West, 17 July 2025: EY has appointed two new Partners in its Manchester office, as the firm continues to invest in top talent to meet client demand and support the growth of the business.
Anthony Marginson has been promoted to Partner in EY’s Tax team after 10 years with the firm. Anthony has worked on a broad range of buyside transactions and acquisitions, supporting both corporate entities and private equity investors, and is experienced in providing tax advice on equity incentive arrangements.
Declan O’Hara originally joined the firm as a Director in 2023 and has been promoted to Partner in EY’s Transaction Forensics team. Declan specialises in supporting clients with the financial aspects of the Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA), with a particular focus on the Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) and Business Services sectors.
