Based in Glasgow, London and more recently Manchester, financial advisory company Davidson Asset Management have been working with some of the biggest names in the hospitality and leisure sector – from the Dorchester to Malmaison – for over 15 years to provide employee benefit solutions that help to reward their people, and ensure they feel appreciated.
From Corporate Pensions and Group Risk Schemes through to Financial Education and Workplace Mortgage Advice Sessions, the team collaborate with organisations to design and implement financial benefit packages that will meet their unique goals, and keep their staff satisfied.
And with ongoing support regularly provided via face-to-face pension review and financial wellbeing sessions for each of their clients’ individual staff members, there’s no denying that the team spend a great deal of time travelling wide and far to meet with employees old and new. For one of their longest-running corporate clients, Radisson Hotel Group, DAM carry out annual pension reviews and advice sessions for each of the company’s individual employees across approximately 40 different locations; an opportunity that has not only allowed them the chance to develop relationships with the Radisson’s diverse team, but also further expand their services into new and exciting destinations.
As a result, the city of Manchester has become a particular hotspot for DAM, as the company have spent the past few years expanding their range of financial services into this area, with one of the team’s financial advisors, Alastair Pickard taking lead here, and opening the first virtual office in October 2017.
And just earlier this year, Business Consultant Kevin Greenwood joined the DAM team after previously retiring from his position as Area Director of Finance and Control UK, Ireland and Western Europe for the Radisson Hotel Group. According to Kevin, “Having worked alongside DAM for a number of years, I have always been extremely satisfied with the ongoing service they provided Radisson Hotel Group in helping us implement and maintain a valuable benefits package that consistently met the needs of our diversified workforce. I now look forward to continuing to develop and strengthen my relationships with fellow professionals, discussing the role that DAM can play in helping them shape an effective and unique employee benefits package for their organisation”.
Alongside Alastair, Kevin will continue to make contact with fellow professionals, as well as potential new clients throughout Manchester, to ensure they are aware of the valuable services DAM can provide in helping them to implement and maintain a range of valuable financial benefits to meet their employees’ ever-growing needs.
Manchester, watch this space.
