Finch Insurance Brokers and ICB Group have merged to become Verlingue

Manchester based Finch Insurance Brokers and Employee Benefits has merged with its Surrey based sister company to form Verlingue Limited, rebranding under the name of their French parent company.

The new business will create a top 15 independent commercial insurance broker and employee benefits consultancy. It will continue to operate out of its existing offices Manchester, London, Egham and Redhill and will be headed up by current CEOs, Mike Latham and Neil Campling.
