Forvis Mazars appoints 10 new partners

Forvis Mazars, a leading global professional services network, has appointed 10 new partners across its UK offices, reflecting the firm’s continued investment in its people and commitment to developing future leaders.
Four of the new partners began their careers at Forvis Mazars, showcasing the strength of the firm’s talent development and long-term career opportunities. The addition of a new senior external appointment further enhances the firm’s capabilities and client offerings.
The appointments span a range of services including audit, tax, and financial planning. Notably, one of the promoted partners, Mark Saldua, specialises in Audit Quality, and a new hire, Mandi Dosanjh, will focus on Audit services, underscoring Forvis Mazars’ dedication to audit excellence and delivering quality.

Karishma Merchant – Infrastructure & Energy Valuation, London
Karishma rejoined Forvis Mazars in 2021 after a period in industry. She co-leads the Infrastructure and Energy Valuation practice and brings over 20 years of global experience. As Partner, she will focus on growing the firm’s valuation capabilities in the sector.
Josh Thorneycroft – Debt Advisory, London
Josh originally joined the firm in Leeds in 2013 and returned in 2022 to lead Debt Advisory. He advises corporate and private equity clients on raising debt finance. As Partner, he will expand the service through strategic hires and cross-service collaboration.
Paul Simmons – Financial Planning, London
Paul joined as a graduate in 2013 and now leads the financial planning team in London. He provides holistic advice to high-net-worth families and business owners. As Partner, he will focus on growing the Private Client business in London.
Mark Saldua – Audit Quality, London
Mark joined in 2022 as Audit Quality Director. He specialises in regulatory matters, audit quality, and risk management. As Partner, he will lead internal quality monitoring, regulatory liaison, and the firm’s audit impairment centre of excellence.
Robbie White – Innovation & Digital Skills, London
Robbie joined in 2022 as Director of Innovation and Digital Skills. He established the firm’s Innovation function and works with clients on data-led analytics solutions. As Partner, he will lead the Data Analytics Hub, delivering bespoke analytics and automation solutions.
Mandi Dosanjh – Audit, London
Mandi joined the firm in September 2025, with over 25 years experience in the audit profession, with seven of those years as a Partner. She will specialise in auditing Mid-Market firms and will also focus on driving growth.
Richard Tidball – Corporate Tax, Midlands
Richard joined in 2013 as a tax graduate in Birmingham. He specialises in corporate tax advisory for Mid-Market clients. As Partner, he will lead corporate tax services for clients in the Midlands; and across restructuring, insolvency, and the non-profit sector, nationally.
Tommy Cooke – Audit, Milton Keynes
Tommy joined the firm as a trainee in 2009 and leads the delivery of large and listed audits. As Partner, he will continue to lead the growth of the MK audit practice, delivering high-quality audits with a focus on exceptional client service.
Simon Withington – Technology Assurance, Newcastle
Simon joined in 2021 and leads Technology Assurance within the Consulting practice. He delivers services to large clients, and leads the national Technology and Digital Consulting strategy focused on helping organisations seize opportunity and manage risk around technology adoption.
Sean Cockburn – Private Client Tax Advisory, Scotland
Sean joined in 2017 after more than a decade at a leading Scottish law firm. He specialises in international private client matters and cross-border taxation. As Partner, he will expand the International PC business and grow the Scottish practice.
