Four Recruitment announces the opening of central Manchester office

North West recruitment consultancy, Four Recruitment has opened a central Manchester office to reinforce its city centre presence, boost internal recruitment and continue on the companies tremendous growth trajectory.

The Manchester office, located just off Deansgate, will act as a secondary base to the company’s main headquarters in Bolton, allowing the business to strengthen relationships in and around the city centre.

2021 was a record-breaking year as the company increased turnover by 72% and headcount by 45%. This second office will also support the company’s ongoing internal recruitment drive.

Commenting on the opening of the new office co-founder and operations director, Phil Sofield said “We already have a vast client base in Manchester and a city centre presence will allow us to strengthen and build on those relationships.

“We also recognise the wealth of talent that exists within Manchester and our new office will give us access to a larger talent pool, that would not have been available to us before”.
To support the launch of the new office, the company welcomes Danielle Nixon who will be leading the Manchester team as divisional manager, bringing with her over 10 years recruitment experience.

Four will also be welcoming new additions to their administration team and Business Support division who will join the Manchester team in January.
