10th March 2026, 12:11 pm
Free Manchester roundtable lunch on the April 2026 PAYE changes. Understand agency risk, next steps and how to prepare ahead of the reforms.
Join us for an in-person round-table discussion over lunch, specifically for recruitment business owners and leaders as the April 2026 PAYE accountability reforms approach.
Hosted at NatWest’s offices in Spinningfields, Manchester, this session will provide clear, practical guidance on what the new joint-liability rules mean for agencies and how to prepare with confidence.
The event will be led by Taylor Rogers, Partner at UHY Williamson Croft, who will share an overview of the legislative changes and the operational, financial and compliance implications for recruitment companies. He will be joined by Jonathan Tinsley, who will provide a banking perspective on how the reforms may affect funding, working capital and lender expectations across the sector. Together, they will explore how agencies can strengthen processes, review umbrella arrangements and implement practical safeguards ahead of April 2026.
The session will focus on helping agencies understand where risk now sits within the labour supply chain, what “reasonable steps” look like in practice, and how to position your business strongly in a more regulated environment. There will be an opportunity to raise questions throughout, with a dedicated Q&A at the end to address specific scenarios and concerns.
Refreshments will be provided, and the event is free to attend. This will be a valuable opportunity to hear directly from advisers working closely with recruitment businesses, gain clarity on the changes ahead, and connect with peers across the sector.
