Gateley Legal top North West dealmaking charts

The corporate team in the Manchester office of Gateley Legal has been ranked the most active legal adviser for deals across the North West.
Activity in the Experian M&A Advisor league table for the first six months of 2020 is ranked by deal volume with Gateley Legal topping the charts on 15 deals.
Gateley Legal were also ranked the most active corporate adviser nationally, as well as in London, and ranked second in the Midlands and Yorkshire.
Paul Jefferson, partner and head of the Manchester office, commented: “We are pleased that it’s been such a successful six months for our corporate practice, completing 15 disclosable deals in the North West since January. This is a great result for the team, particularly as deal volumes for the region have slowed in these challenging times.”
The Manchester office of Gateley Legal celebrates its 10th anniversary in 2020. It employs around 200 people from its city base in King Street.
