New Greater Manchester Business Alliance: Chair and Deputy Chair Roles Open

We’re looking for strong, independent business voices to support a new decade of good growth in Greater Manchester.

Involving the business community in local decision-making has been key to Greater Manchester’s economic success over the past decade. Now, as we deliver the new Greater Manchester Strategy, our approach to business engagement is evolving.

We’re establishing a new body – the Greater Manchester Business Alliance – designed to strengthen the partnerships between the Greater Manchester Combined Authority, the Mayor of Greater Manchester, local Leaders, and the private sector.

It will build on the foundations laid by the Greater Manchester Local Enterprise Partnership and Business Board, ensuring that the expertise, insight and leadership of businesses are fully embedded in the delivery of the Greater Manchester Strategy and our long-term economic priorities.
