14th January 2019, 4:11 pm
The New Year celebrations continue for Impact as they mark their 25th Anniversary this January.
Shelly Rubinstein, proud Mancunian, founder of Impact and leading Chartered Psychologist, was motivated to bring business psychology into the heart of organisations, so that people can flourish at work and businesses can achieve growth through improved productivity.
Shelly’s leadership approach described as “scientific and warm” by clients coupled with her dedication has seen Impact grow from one employee to a team of Psychologists and Business Professionals. Based in Manchester, Impact have been hugely successful over the past 25 years delivering their business psychology expertise to the world of work across the UK and internationally.
“It has been an honour to collaborate with our clients in so many sectors over the last 25 years and to see their organisations flourish through paying attention to their customers and staff” says Shelly.
Specialising in Performance, Leadership, Talent and Change, Impact’s services enable individuals, teams and whole organisations to continuously grow and develop to achieve true potential at work. Impact balance a scientific approach with a warm and friendly style, working collaboratively with clients from across the private, public and not-for-profit sectors. This approach has enabled Impact to build long lasting client relationships over the years, which has increased their success.
“When we first started, people thought our work was “pink and fluffy” it has now been proven by scientific research to save lives, increase profit and improve value for money and wellbeing.”
Impact will be celebrating throughout the year, with client events, articles sharing insights on what has changed in Business Psychology over the last 25 years, top business tips, puzzles and quizzes.
Engaging with current and future clients, Impact will be asking them to get involved and follow the celebrations by sharing their own success stories, career developments and organisational changes over the last 25 years, as well as connecting on Twitter and LinkedIn and subscribing to Impact’s bulletin.
Impact have learned from the past and are focussing on future growth. They are currently growing the team and recruiting more Psychologists and other team members with an eye to the future.
Shelly says, “The world of business and the way we work is constantly changing, keeping up-to-date with changes in the modern workplace is crucial, we learn so much from our younger colleagues.”
Impact continue to demonstrate their commitment to wellbeing at work, contributing to the local community through their voluntary work of social value in social care, promoting diversity and inclusion within Greater Manchester, the Northern Powerhouse and beyond.
