‘FACT3 is thrilled to announce the launch of our brand-new feature: The Hub Academy.
Subscribers to the ‘People’ platform are now able to access The Hub Academy and book a place on our upcoming interactive, live-learning sessions.
The Hub Academy is designed to give employees direct access to 12 expert-led, 45-minute sessions per year, across business-critical areas.
From strengthening compliance to enhancing productivity and supporting personal growth, this unique offering is packed with practical, high-impact learning, to help people and businesses thrive.
This is NOT e-learning; this is real people delivering real-time training.
The first training session is 28th July, beginning with AI Hacks and will continue across a range of topics including Time Management, Goal Setting and more. See below for the full timetable of what’s on offer.
Future courses are set to include; Data Security, Employment Law, Growth Mindset, Difficult Conversations, Wellbeing, Prevention of Sexual Harassment, Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion, Microsoft Teams.
To accommodate busy schedules, each session will be delivered multiple times throughout the year, allowing employees to self-register for the dates and times that work best for them.

The cost is fixed at £2.50 per person per month for 2026 – which is just £30 per person per year.
