Jargon PR has today appointed Miranda Warmington Assoc CIPD as its first-ever Head of Talent, to support the agency through its continued period of growth as it targets £3million in fee income this financial year.

Miranda will support the agency’s team of more than 25 members who are spread across Jargon PR’s Reading, Manchester and London offices, as well as expanding Jargon PR’s pool of talent as the business continues to grow.

Kevin Winfield, Associate Director, at Jargon PR said: “We’re delighted to welcome Miranda as our first ever Head of Talent at Jargon PR. Miranda’s impressive experience will allow Jargon PR to strengthen our team training and development and support all team members across our three offices.”

Miranda has over 20 years of human resources experience and joins Jargon PR having previously held the position of Head of HR at a leading retailer for the nursery industry. In this role, Miranda will lead the company’s staff onboarding, remuneration, appraisals, training and employee engagement.

Miranda will also maintain Jargon PR’s status as an accredited Disability Confident Employer and the agency’s Investors in People accreditation.
