Kennedys launches Virtual Work Experience Programme for students interested in law

30th July 2020, 5:46 pm

We are delighted to share with you Kennedys Virtual Work Experience Programme for students interested in law.

The programme provides an opportunity for students to complete legal work experience virtually (online) by completing real life tasks created by our own trainees and apprentices and gain a unique insight into law and Kennedys.  It is 100% online and available to students from any school, college, university or educational background (no previous work or legal experience is required).  It can be completed at the students own pace and is accessible to anyone who would like to complete it via the Early Careers Page of Kennedys website.  On completion students receive a certificate that they can reference in their CV/Resume.

All the tasks contained within the four module programme are based on English law.  However, we hope the programme will also be relevant for students around the world based in countries with similar legal systems.  The programme can be accessed and completed from any location in the world.

A big thank you to Maya Rubinstein, Yaseen Altaf, Olivia Gittins and Georgia Betts for their hard work with the creation of the programme.

We are proud to launch this initiative which will widen access to legal work experience to a diverse range of students, helping to create the next generation of lawyers.
