Kuits Advise Gary Neville on Strategic Investment Deal for The Overlap

Manchester commercial law firm, Kuits Solicitors, advised Gary Neville and other minority shareholders on the negotiation and implementation of an investment deal for the acclaimed media platform, The Overlap. Kuits’ corporate and commercial team provided strategic commercial and legal advice throughout the process, to help ensure the investment structure reflected both the immediate and long-term objectives of the parties involved.

Gary Neville launched The Overlap in 2021 to create a space for sporting dialogue and exclusive interviews spanning football, rugby and cricket. The investment deal with Global, the Media and Entertainment Group, is set to accelerate The Overlap’s expansion and support its ambition to build a multi-format sports media network.
