Kuits advises menswear fashion brand on expansion

Commercial law firm Kuits has advised Richard Smith Bespoke on securing a new premises in Hale.

Established nine years ago by designer and owner Richard Smith on St Mary’s Street in Manchester city centre, the expansion will see the menswear brand open later this year on Ashley Road in the South Manchester village.

A maker of the finest bespoke garments and occasion wear, the independent fashion brand has a celebrity client base and has showcased a catwalk collection at Nolcha Fashion Week in New York.

Commercial property partner Martin Davies and solicitor Kate Kurtz provided legal and commercial advice to Richard Smith on the lease for the new premises.
