Running over five weeks this autumn, the programme blends two in-person sessions with three interactive online sessions, giving participants the tools, mindset, and confidence to lead effectively in today’s workplace. It’s designed for managers at different stages – whether stepping into leadership for the first time or looking to refresh and enhance their skills. Each online session can be booked individually – ideal for managers with specific development needs or those unable to attend the full programme.
