University of Salford Level 4 AI Apprenticeship – Employer Engagement Survey

We are pleased to inform you that we are at the early stages of designing and developing a brand new Level 4 Apprenticeship in Artificial Intelligence and Automation aligning to the new Artificial Intelligence and Automation Practitioner standard  which was released in December 2025.

To ensure the programme meets employer needs and supports the effective adoption of AI and automation within organisations, we are developing it in close collaboration with industry partners.

At this early stage, we are gathering employer feedback to help shape the programme around your requirements. We are particularly interested in the content you would like to see included based on your current AI needs, your preferred delivery modes, and your views on whether this programme would be of interest to your staff.

We would really appreciate you taking a few minutes to complete our online survey, which will help inform and shape the development of the programme.
