Manchester Graduate Talent – bringing talent to your organisation

We are pleased to announce that Manchester Graduate Talent (MGT) is now open for 2021.

MGT is the University of Manchester’s highly successful graduate internship scheme, placing around 200 graduates each year in Manchester based organisations.

We have over 1000 final year students registered, ready to apply now and to start roles from early June 2021.

Manchester Graduate Talent promotes both short term and permanent positions, to suit your needs.  We provide organisations with access to a comprehensive range of free recruitment services which includes:

• Developing role descriptions and recruitment criteria
• Tailored marketing and promotion of opportunities
• Shortlisting
• Interview scheduling and candidate administration

Our graduating students offer a wide range of transferable skills and will be ready to make a positive impact from day one.

In the current climate, Manchester Graduate Talent can offer you agile recruitment solutions and relieve pressure on resources not only through providing high quality graduates who are able to hit the ground running but also by assisting with the recruitment process itself.
