Strategic marketing communications agency MC2 has appointed Jack Bennett as digital director following a significant increase in interest for demand generation services.

MC2 specialises in creating an edge for high-growth businesses, helping leadership teams to scale and realise value. The uptick in demand generation briefs comes as organisations look to their marketing functions to directly support growth and deliver a tangible return on investment.

Previously head of marketing at The GO! Network, Jack joins the MC2 executive board while bringing together the agency’s digital marketing and web development teams – unifying capabilities across performance marketing, SEO, CRM, UI, UX and build, in addition to leading on the agency’s AI strategy.

Jack brings more than 14 years’ experience helping high-growth businesses deliver return on marketing investment. He previously held senior roles at UK insurance broker Atlanta Group and media company The Alliance, where he built and led the company’s demand function. Since joining the business, Jack has helped MC2 secure multiple new clients seeking integrated programmes that deliver awareness, pipeline, and measurable growth.

Jonathan Saatchi, managing director at MC2, said: “Our proposition is shaped around the needs of high-growth businesses. As their world changes our offer must too, and Jack’s appointment has enabled us to evolve and ensure clients can seize opportunities for growth. He’s created a huge amount of value in a short space of time, and we will continue to look for more exceptional talent that want to be part of what we are building.”

Jack Bennett added: “High-growth businesses need marketing that goes beyond noise and activity – they need results that directly impact revenue. I’ve spent my career helping ambitious organisations build the systems, campaigns, and teams that deliver measurable outcomes quickly. I’m bringing that experience to MC2 to help our clients scale and achieve sustained growth.”
