I’m a wife and mum of three. I’m a Solicitor at Kuits, a law firm based in the heart of Manchester. I specialise in commercial property transactions and regularly act for owners of office buildings and retail units.

What are your priorities for 2025?
To continue developing and expanding my knowledge as a newly qualified solicitor, while building strong client relationships and broadening my experience in commercial property.
What do you think are the most important things going on in Manchester at the moment?
Manchester is experiencing significant growth, driving a high level of legal and commercial activity. Major regeneration projects across the city – from large mixed-use developments to investment in housing, transport and public spaces – continue to generate work across real estate, planning, construction and commercial contracts.
For newly qualified solicitors, it’s an exciting time. The market is active, the client base is diversifying, and there are real opportunities to be involved in work connected to Manchester’s wider transformation.

Are there any particular types of businesses that you would like to meet?
I’d like to meet developers, investors and growing occupiers- the business that are helping shape Manchester’s property market and who I can support as they expand.
