Introduce yourself:

I’m Jake, Co-founder of Feast & Flow. We work alongside businesses to help them achieve their well-being strategies by creating bespoke events incorporating a number of key wellbeing pillars.

Career highlight:

It’s hard to choose a single standout moment in my career to date, but without sounding cliche, helping individuals every day through our events is better than any level of recognition. Whether it be implementing healthier diets, introducing people to movement or doing a talk based around mental health, seeing a positive impact every day is incredible.

Perfectionist, driven & understanding

What’s the best thing about pro-manchester?

The connection through events and the buzzing business community. Manchester is a city of collaboration and PRO highlights this.

What are your priorities for 2025?

To continue helping companies and individuals with all things well-being. We aim to double our client portfolio by the end of 2026, whilst growing our own community to offer a wide variety of events to the public.

What do you think are the most important things going on in Manchester at the moment?

Manchester is thriving. The continued investment in business and infrastructure is transforming the city, bringing a host of global companies to set up head offices here. With this comes a fresh appetite for growth and connection, which is where we come in.

Favourite meeting place in Manchester?

Pollen @ Kampus. Aside from the great coffee and incredible pastries, it’s calming and feels as though you’ve escaped the city.

Are their any particular types of businesses that you would like to meet?

I’m open to meeting business from any industry. Well-being is for everyone.
