Introduce yourself
I’m Jaye Haynes, Founder & CEO of HarKaye Core Talent. I’ve spent more than a decade in global talent acquisition, specialising in legal. A couple of years ago, my husband and I took a leap of faith and moved our family to Brazil with our two daughters, Katie and Halle. That move taught me a lot about resilience, adaptability, and what it means to create a business that works around family life as much as career ambition. We’re now back in the UK and growing HarKaye daily!
Career highlight
Building HarKaye Core Talent from the ground up has been one of my proudest achievements. Taking the business from an idea to a trusted recruitment partner for law firms and corporates has been hugely rewarding. Winning a MIMA Award was another career highlight — a moment of recognition that really validated the passion and effort behind what I do.
