Introduce yourself

I’m Jenny, a globally experienced Senior People Leader who loves helping ambitious businesses grow by getting the people stuff right. I work with founders, CEOs and leadership teams to tackle everything from scaling and organisational change to building high-performing teams. When I’m not talking people strategy, you’ll probably find me training for some sort of endurance event, planning my next trip away, or catching up with friends. I bring plenty of energy, a practical approach and a genuine passion for helping people and businesses succeed.

Career highlight

Working across sectors including the NHS, PwC, elite sport and high-growth businesses has given me a broad range of experience and the opportunity to lead people initiatives in a variety of complex and fast-paced environments. A particular career highlight was being nominated for a Northern Power Women Award in recognition of my work driving culture change.Work was Bottom of Form

What’s the best thing about pro-manchester

Obviously the people!  Pro-Manchester has opened many doors for me personally, it’s a brilliant community that makes building meaningful relationships feel easy.

What are your priorities for 2026

Supporting more businesses on their growth journeys, completing my Executive Coaching qualification, growing my network to build long-term relationships across the Northwest and finishing my first Hyrox solo event.

What do you think are the most important things going on in Manchester at the moment?

I genuinely think Manchester is one of the most exciting places to do business. There’s so much innovation, investment and entrepreneurial spirit, but with growth comes new challenges around leadership, attracting talent and creating great workplace cultures. It’s exciting to work with organisations that are shaping the city’s future while keeping people at the heart of what they do.

Favourite meeting place in Manchester

It would have to be my local – Sipp on Beech Road, Chorlton. They do the best Mushroom lattes

Are there any particular types of businesses that you would like to meet

I’d love to meet ambitious, growing businesses that are ready to invest in their people as they scale. Whether they’re founder-led, private equity-backed, or expanding into new markets locally or globally, I enjoy working with leaders who see their people as a competitive advantage and are open to doing things a little differently.
